UPDATE: 22APRIL2026 2PM WENT AND ASKED FOR FRESH PATTIES ON THE BURGERS YET STILL CAME OUT LUKE WARM CHEESE NOT EVEN MELTED. BUN WAS COLD TO THE TOUCH. BACON LOOKS LIKE IT WAS SITTING ALL DAY BURNT AND DRIED OUT. TOTS ALSO LUKE WARM. THERE WAS ALSO A WIERD FISH TASTE ON MY BURGER. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THE QUALITY OF FOOD THEY PUT OUT TO CUSTOMERS. THIS LOCATION NEEDS SOME SERIOUS RETRAINING AND NEW MANAGERS. Tried this location a few times when i stay at the hotel next door and always the same. Fries and tots are barely warm or stale and burgers are the same hardly warm.

I went to this location this evening since it was close by on the way home. I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender meal and when I received it the chicken was hard and dry. It was terrible. I called back to tell them and they said they would remake my order. They remade it but only gave me 3 tenders. To top it off the price for my meal was $14 for gross dry tenders and it doesn’t even come with a dipping sauce. The dipping sauce was extra. I should’ve requested a refund but I didn’t want to be a Karen. This location is terrible.

This place is absolutely a joke! Don't know why we waited as long as we did for "hold on let me check" like 30 mins. Kaityln is the name on the receipt. Then we asked for a chile cheese coney no bun ( atleast 3 or 4 times) easy right? Not for these incompetent people at this sonic. I do have Celiac and found I can eat their coneys without getting sick. So we get our coney, it has a bun. Sent it back and we asked to them to not just flip it over this is an allergy, and they did just that. Listening skills are not their strong point. Maybe the hiring/training managers should do a better job

We placed a mobile order for 3 drinks and waited in a stall. They were super busy so we were trying to be patient but after 20 minutes we tried pressing the red button to check on our order and after 5 minutes of no one answering, we went to the drive through. We explained we were checking on our order and the couldn’t find it so we had to wait until we could pull up to the window. I showed my mobile order and the worker took my phone into the back. They said our drinks were just sitting back there the whole time. We finally got our watered down drinks after a total of 40 minutes and there was
