Delivery: Feta cheese was the worst thing in the bag I opened it and noticed that the feta looked like it was hot at one point then was cool down with that said I still proceeded to check on the other food and boy oh boy it was splendid chicken shawarma had so much flavor on it, tender and juicy and cooked with so much care. Jerusalem Cafe is my favorite place for authentic Middle Eastern food. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. The shawarma is perfectly seasoned, the hummus is creamy and delicious, and everything tastes homemade. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and provides excellent service every time I visit. The restaurant is clean, comfortable, and has a warm atmosphere that makes you want to come back. If you’re looking for great Mediterranean cuisine, Jerusalem Cafe is definitely worth a visit. As a long-time customer who regularly spends anywhere from $30 to $86 per order, the lack of flexibility here is incredibly frustrating. The service needs to improve dramatically if you want to keep customers coming back. The refusal to accommodate basic meal modifications makes no sense. For example, if a customer doesn't want rice and veggies with the salmon entree, swapping them for fries—which are already on your menu—should be an easy fix.
