Unfortunately, my experience at Puccino’s Coffee was disappointing. The service was not good, and the coffee itself lacked quality. Even the cup felt poorly made, which took away from the overall experience. I expected better standards for both service and product quality.

I play video poker when I come and visit I enjoy the atmosphere. But the new young little man seems to be more concerned about getting his tip that he’s gonna confuse himself when making change for someone who’s cashing out the tickets with video poker. He wants to ask questions about how much did you put in the machine and that’s none of his concern but all that because he’s nervous on whether someone’s gonna tip them or not if someone’s gonna tip it’s gonna happen or it’s not gonna happen.

I loveeeee it here !!! My best friend took me here for the first time and I cannot emphasize how nice it was here. I work at a Starbucks as a supervisor and it’s very rare I go to other coffee shops but this place was stellar. It was very clean looking from the eyes of a customer, the person who greeted me was very sweet and he was working by himself. 💆🏼‍♀️ he saw me being indecisive and he was kind of enough to give recommendations and explained the difference between the drinks. 💀 it was midday so I didn’t want espresso and took a granita and I love how smooth it was compared to a Starbuc

I don’t know if the morning shift has changed but now the drive through wait time is terrible. I get the same type of latte every time and over the last few weeks the latte has been made and tasted differently. Also they have handed me the wrong drink almost every time. They have to ask me order again when I get to the window, after waiting in line, and then I have to wait for my order to be made.
