At a sit-down restaurant, tipping rewards attentive service: refills, checking on you, customization, pacing the meal. The server creates value beyond the transaction. At a Dunkin' drive-thru, you're getting: An order taken (required job function) Pre-made food handed over Maybe a quick smile There's no discretionary service to tip for. The employee did their base job. Asking for a tip isn't rewarding good service—it's just wage subsidy passed to the customer.

I have been going to this Dunkin for the last three years due to working in the same plaza this location is in, I have ordered time and time again when I don’t have my coffee from home and I am quite frankly very fed up at this point. The workers are always very nice and they seem to make food just fine but their coffee is always straight sewer water and unfortunately that’s all I ever order. I would choose literally any Dunkin except this one if there was a single one on my way to work other than this one. I order the same thing every single time, mind you I worked for Dunkin in high school.

If you LOVE wasting your money, come here 😍 This Dunkin has friendly staff, but they consistently leave me feeling ripped off every single time. Ice is expected in cold drinks — but filling the cup 90% to the brim is completely unreasonable, especially at these prices. A small latte gone in 6 sips: half frothed milk for the illusion of volume, the rest pure ice and my small drink is essentially 1/2 cup of actual beverage. I’ve asked for light ice repeatedly. I live really close to this location and get quick meals if I'm too tired to make my own food. I have gotten mostly consistent services, but a few times I have ordered donuts that are completely soaked and soggy on the bottom. I wish I was exaggerating, but this would happen to the apple spice filled donut, and they wouldn't just be soggy, they would have almost no powder on them. I haven't ordered them in months because of that, but my stuff is usually good otherwise.
