Rolos Bakery in Riverview, FL is a true Colombian gem and one of my favorite after-work treats. Even when I’m just grocery shopping in the same plaza, I can’t resist stopping by—why not? Wow prices are so fair and the quality is a 10 .. there should be a lot more people in here buying food if you want my opinion on this place, I would come every day. I didn’t even know that they were open. I had a bad experience at the Riverview market and I came here to try breakfast and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. The prices are amazing. The food is amazing. The customer service is a 10 out of 10.

Rolo's Bakery is one of those hidden gems tucked into a shopping plaza that makes you feel like you've discovered a local secret. Let's start with the rich, dark roast Columbian coffee..it was bold not bitter and served immediately with friendly counter service. The vibe..Formica tables, metal chairs, and display cases filled with authentic Colombian baked goods that make choosing just one thing nearly impossible. I ordered eggs scrambled with tomato and onion alongside a corn roll, while my boyfriend chose a breakfast sandwich on freshly baked crispy bread. Everything tasted homemade and fres
