The owner needs to wake up, fire management and start over. We placed an online order for 2 footlongs around 1:40PM, requesting that it be ready by 2:15PM on a Saturday afternoon. At 2:10PM, the app confirmed our order was complete and ready for pickup. We drove over to the restaurant and walked in. BE CAREFUL!!! They will take your money and then not refund you if they are out of stock or cannot make the sandwich. Happened twice at this location. The first time a manager tried to tell me she couldn’t, but then was able to refund it. This time they marked my mobile order as PICKED UP and completed so they took the money and the tip I left before I even showed up. When I got there they said they didn’t have the ingredients nor were they willing to refund/cash me out OR not even willing to make me a different kind of sandwich without paying for a whole new order. You hardly see the subway Employee be happy working day. The ding sound of entry door is like a knife to their heart. I asked them to make me a subway on whole grain using the same recipe of Baja chicken. She said we don’t have Baja chicken in the menu. When you’re sure her on the display in wraps section, she responses we cannot modify anything on the wraps meaning she cannot make me a sandwich taste like bar chicken on all whole grain bread. BEWARE! This young man curse me out called me a thief after I forgot my chip for my combo! I’m 56 years old and he talk about my clothes shoes my appearance totally disrespected me in front of other customers. They tried stopping him from attacking me! I hope he got fired before the next customer he disrespects deal with him on that same level! Here’s his pic! I’m leaving a review over and over again since they took down my original post! I got time to post everyday until he’s FIRED let’s go!
