“Good food and friendly staff”

I just left this Wendy's and all I can say is that they need better staff. I ordered one biscuit and it was hard and dry I asked them to remake it and they brought me the driest biscuit, and tried to cover it in honey butter to make it seem fresh. There's no way at 9:30am you can't make fresh biscuits. I also got a coffee. My coffee looked bad and tasted even worse. The guy at the window looked like he was out of it and it was clear he did not know what he was doing. Don't waste your time. This place will indeed leave you very hungry and late for work.

Head items on my order that didn't even order. They removed and then my actual order was just a bacon baked potato with shredded cheese, not melted and sour cream and butter. Well, I got hey, baked potato with chives and shred, shredded cheese and the sour cream and butter, but no bacon and I didn't want chives and I double checked with the cashier that I had a bacon baked potato Didn't go back because i've already gone too far away from the restaurant didn't take pictures of it because I had already eaten my baked potato. Doesn't going to leave a review, but I was very upset. I usually go to

When I got to the intercom, she was very rude, we got up to the window. I understand it takes forever and it’s late. I get that but again rude using foul language couldn’t figure out where my order was. Then finally, I get my food. I’m eating and the chicken is not cooked now I’m sick the next day running a fever with food poisoning. I do not recommend this Wendy’s stay far far away.

We are heading home to Ky and decided to get lunch. Just randomly stopped at this Wendy’s and it was a mistake. None of them were friendly but one little guy that worked up front. The cook did have gloves on but he was touching everything with the same gloves on. I work in the food industry and this is a no no. That’s how food gets contaminated. You need to change them. I’m so weird about that. But I let that part go. Got the food and it was cold and nasty. It was like the food was left out and not kept hot. Just wanted others to be aware. On the plus side, it did appear to be clean.
