Would have preferred to rate it 10 stars. We stopped in Roanoke on our way south and stumbled on Fortunato. We had a pizza and pasta dish, both were absolutely incredible. This meal was better than all of the meals we had in Italy. The service was top notch. 10/10 all around, I wish we didn’t live 1000 miles away! Thanks for an amazing meal.

My wife and I went for a date night during Roanoke restaurant week. This was our 1st time here and it was great. Perfect for a night out with a fun atmosphere. The tasting menu was great! Also, take my pictures with a grain of salt because I didn't put much effort in adjusting for lighting lol.

Our first time visiting, everything was amazing! The atmosphere, the service, the food. We never had to ask for anything, they were always on top of refills and answered our menu questions before we knew we had them. This was an impromptu date night, that turned out better than any dates we've planned with reservations. 10 out of 10, will be back!

I was expecting the meal to be good, but not THAT good. Everything was outstanding. The chili crisp burrata was a must-get appetizer as well as the roasted olives which were so warm and buttery… chefs kiss. Both pasta dishes we got were perfectly cooked, brilliantly flavored, and proportioned beautifully. Also a huge shoutout to the bar for having $5 mocktails! The bartenders made me the most delicious mocktail I may have ever had.
