“Fantastic food and service”

I placed an order to go with my wife... We had a 6 hour drive ahead of us and this was our breakfast we ordered it around 1130 am... Order number 664... We ate out french fries in the restaurant before leaving to start our drive. We saved our sandwiches for later in the trip as we are on a really tight budget. My wife opened her filet o fish around 1600 when she was hungry enough to eat it and found that someone had bitten the sandwich. If we'd seen before leaving we would have said something.... Just left this McD's. Waited almost 15 minutes inside after a assistant manager ordered the counter person to ignore waiting customers to do something else. Very unprofessional and shows they dont care about customer service. Seems to be the norm over here as they also dont include napkins, ketchup or any other accessories other restaurants normally include. When asked for some napkins 1 was provided. Talk about cheap.

We ordered to meals, as we were taking it to go, we decided to sit there and eat. As soon we opened the bags my son started eating his fries, and he found a bug on his fries. We took it back to the counter, and the manager seemed to have an attitude about it, and said “it’s not her fault it’s warm outside and bugs are out”. This is truly unacceptable, please people be careful when eating out, and check your food before putting it in your mouth. Before she gave me my refund she asked me to give her back the drinks that came with the meal. I made sure to give her, her drink back.

EDIT: 5/2025 They are also unsanitary. I have had another experience where they have served hair in my food. OG: They will forget your food on mobile orders. And they do not answer the phone when you call about replacing or just getting the food. Do not recommend. Especially if you’re on a time crunch for a lunch break.
