This has been my go to Sonic for years ever since we moved up from Winchester. My family has always enjoyed it, yet lately, the service has gone down hill. We went today to honor my 11 year olds wish to have Sonic for finishing up his school year. We have had some challenges with the food the past couple of visits but gave it a chance. The order on the screen was absolutely right and the person who took the order was patient despite our one specialty order of meat without a bun. The one who brought it to me was polite and great. Now for the food. The soda was flat as concrete. I can't tell if

Just had a DoorDash here and was told my order was ready and just needed to be brought out. Queue waiting in a carhop spot long enough that DoorDash has to ask me to unassign the order. Of course the excuse was “we are short staffed” if that’s the case why did I see a person get an order at the carhop next to me when they arrive after me. Not to mention the multiple drive thru orders. My DoorDash order was 2 orders of French toast sticks and a cold brew. Nothing extravagant or hard to make and clearly nothing that should take remotely 10 minutes.

I ordered delivery through the app two different times, the first time they literally gave me a strawberry ice cream instead of my oreo shake, and then gave me a small fry instead of the large, and then the second time, they completely forgot my drink and my chicken sandwich AFTER the dasher had to wait 45 minutes for ONE MEAL, just to forget half the meal itself anyways. And they don’t even give you an option to get refunded, are you guys not able to make fast food at 8:30pm on a tuesday night?
