They make some really good cupcakes here. And their breakfast sandwiches are pretty solid as well. The atmosphere is okay, not much going on around there. But the food and the drinks are smacking, as in, they are delicious. It's worth it to stop in for a treat after a nice dinner in Rochester.

Got 12 mini cupcakes to go. It was for my sister’s birthday. Her favorite is red velvet cake so I got a few of those along with a couple other ones. The “what’s up doc” carrot cake was really good. But the red velvet was such a disappointment. She didn’t like them. Said it tasted like chocolate with red food dye. Which was the whole thing behind getting them. They also didn’t place them safely or neatly in the box. They were sideways and frosting was smushed. Unfortunately will not be ordering cupcakes from here again.

I visited Bakehouse 46 last night around 8:00 PM and unfortunately had a pretty disappointing experience. We ordered a hot cocoa, and while the temperature was good (actually hotter than most places serve it, which was nice), it was practically undrinkable because it was way too chocolaty. It tasted like drinking pure chocolate syrup rather than a balanced hot cocoa. The service was what really ruined the evening, though. Love this place. Cupcakes and donuts are soooo delish. Prices are a little high but fir a splurge it's fine. Seating is minimal and cold. They need to cozy it up more and turn on the heat 😜
