This was the worst fast food experience I’ve had in a long time. Even before I got to my food, I had used the bathroom in the restaurant, and the soap dispenser had been knocked off the wall and was on the floor, I suspect for quite some time. Kind of makes it difficult for employees and customers to wash their hands. So gross. Once I was in the car and opened up my beef sandwich, there was a large slab of rubbery substance that maybe was the end of the beef? My sandwich was inedible.

I get Jamocha Shakes all the time at Arby's. This one is out of my way but was passing by and ordered one. The worst I have ever had. Not consistent with other locations. I never got to taste it. it was so thick you needed a spoon to eat not drink it. I did give it 30 minutes to maybe soften up then threw it away. Calling arby's customer service is a real joke. You need a translator to understand them. After 2 attempts there to file a complaint I just gave up and  will never use this location again

Food was cold. The potato cakes were stone cold and greasy. The sandwiches were like warm at best. I ordered a cherry turnover but they had one apple left so I had to take it. The employees were nice. For the cost, the food should be hot and teady all the time.

This Arby’s is so hit or miss. Today was a gross miss. The roast beef looks like it’s been overcooked and reheated. Fries were also cold. This will be our last visit to this Arby’s.
