Ordered a 3 piece meal and only got two pieces. Lady working the drive through literally burped while taking my order. Got to the window and looked like they were having a town hall meeting with someone saying you better get my food ready.

Love bojangles, and this location. Have found since the new kiosk machines have been going in stores, I've not been getting what I pay for. My receipt clearly shows a Large Bo round, but receipt that prints on employee side shows medium. This has happened multiple times at various locations. Order a family size Bo round, which should be 8, but only get a medium which has 6. The Bo rounds are the only reason I come to Bojangles. I can get breakfast biscuits almost anywhere, but the hash brown options dont compare to Bo rounds. Stuff costs enough as is, for yall to be side scamming 2 potatoes fr

Review on Kayla ; I would like to say that Kayla the sweet young lady who was working the drive thru today is very sweet and professional. She handled my order in a timely fashion and really stood out with her great smile and great personality.
