Got my order wrong, wouldn’t give me a refund and lied to her manager on the phone about it, then called the damn police on me and lied and said I did something to her car ( I don’t know this woman at all, dont what her car looks like, was filing a complaint/claim on their app AI widget thing for a few minutes in front of the place) before I walked back home. Haven’t eaten Subway in 10 years and it’ll be another 10 years before I even consider eating there again. Didn’t yell or scream at this woman… just wanted my money back for my messed up COLD “toasted” sandwich. This was around 9:30 p

I ordered four sandwiches from here for pick up. One of which I received looks like it has been beaten up before I got it, and was falling apart. All of them were severely lacking in ingredients. I get lots of veggies on my sandwiches. When I picked up the bags, I initially thought they were really light. Only to get home and discover exactly why that was. All the sandwiches are mostly bread, mayo, and tomatoes. There was almost no turkey. Very little spinach. And all of the other ingredients were skimping as well except for tomatoes for some reason.

NO ICE, FOUNTAIN DRINKS NOT CARBINATED, BOTTLE DRINK REFRIGERATOR PRACTICALLY EMPTY AND LIMITED SELECTION, ONLY DIET. TEA TASTED VERY STALE \ OLD WHEN WE ASKED TO EXCHANGE IT FOR A BOTTLE DRINK AND OFFERED TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE, SHE WOULD NOT EXCHANGE, ONLY CHARGE ME FOR ANOTHER BOTTLE DRINK. THE ATTENDANT WAS NOT ACCOMMODATING AT ALL. THIS LOCATION HAS REALLY FALLEN INTO DISARRAY IN THE PAST 6 - 12 MONTHS.
