Do better, just do better! We get the same thing every time we go there and we are constantly missing chicken, sides, or biscuits. They often forget to add sauce too. When you spend close to fifty bucks on the family variety fest you expect to get what you paid for. Two sauces for a twelve piece of tenders and eight pieces of chicken? Forgot our mashed potatoes? At least they counted the chicken right this time. Last week we were short two tenders and a thigh, the quarter filled sides, and missed two biscuits. May have to call it quits at this point!

Very rude cashier that took my order. She dropped my charge on the ground and said nothing. I asked her how much change should she have given me. She just rolled her eyes and said I don't know. I will never visit this place again. I was there at 5:16 pm. My check numbers 437018. Very rude and disrespectful.

Extremely rude and unprofessional cashier. Customer service was poor from the moment of interaction with unnecessary attitude and disrespectful tone.Taking personal frustration out on customers is unacceptable especially in a service role. Raising her voice at a child was completely inappropriate and crossed a line. Basic courtesy and professionalism are the minimum.This behavior should be addressed by management immediately. It doesn't cost anything to be kind.

Went through drive through around 8:45am. line moved fast. Lady at the speaker was very rude, cutting me off. Got the wrong change back when paying with cash. My gravy biscuit wasn’t boxed well, just a plate and a wrapped biscuit and cup of gravy. No spork, fork, or spoon. Practically had to beg for ketchup. THE GRAVY WAS WATER. It was disgusting. And it had a strange sweet taste. Never going back.
