Ordered oatmilk lattes which were made well. Went through the drive through and the employees were beyond friendly and accommodating. I was actually even asked me to take a sip and make sure the temperature was how I liked. Wonderful service!

We went in to order, and they were not busy. There were 3 employees on the front line, several working drive thru, and a manager helping. The manager was talking loudly on his phone and one guy was just standing around. No one offered to help us. We waited patiently, but no one offered. Yes, there was a kiosk, but we don't use those as we are not employees. We left. SAD !

Only Dunkin I have found around that doesn't allow you to have no ice in your drink. I don't care if the cup isn't filled to the brim that would have been fine but I got a flat out no. Went across the street to Starbucks instead so I didn't have to have watered down coffee. Very disappointed in this Dunkin

One of the best DD’s I’ve ever been to! The service is very fast, polite, and the orders are always accurately delivered. My latest visit couldn’t have been better. I wish I had the name of the gentleman who serviced me to personally acknowledge him.
