Constant wait times at this location even during non peak hours. Nothing is ever hot and ready and I consistently find it faster to drive down the road and get Papa John's. On top of that the employees often act like it's inconvenient that you want to order something. Was also just told that "you won't like to hear how long the wait is" and told not to order.

I ordered online so I could simply drive through and pick up. Sat waiting at drive through window for atleast 5 minutes. No employee came to window. The window is covered almost completely, making it difficult to see a vehicle outside even though there is a bell that rings when you drive over it. After going inside because no one answered the drive through window, we had to wait to finally get the attention of someone to assist with our order. Not busy. Just simply poor service. Enjoy the pizza. Priced affordably. Need better customer service. Not the first time this has happened to me here.

This location is awful. The staff is friendly, but my food was wrong and the wait was atrocious. I ordered the crazy puffs and somehow mine ended up being like little muffins, no filling, with a few pepperoni on top. Idk how it happened but it was terrible. The guy at the window though, was really nice, which I appreciated. The line was bad though. We ordered ahead and waited about 20 minutes in the drive thru line

Everything about this place is an absolute red flag. Ordered pizza online and when I got home realized they gave me the wrong pizza. (Mind you I live all the way out by the lake) I called and was super nice. They told me they were sorry & would remake the pizza. I get there to pick up the pizza and they tell me they gave away my pizza ! I told them I should get a refund and my pizza because it was on them for messing up my order. They give me a refund and I’m waiting there for my pizza and the manager sticks her head out the window and says “what are you waiting for ?” I look at her confused a
