Got our order completely wrong, and we were home before we started eating it, so it was not caught. Most of our food was also cold. I understand this is fast food place amen to keep my expectations low, but this is a new low. Hate leaving reviews like this, but go to a different Taco Bell if you want your food warmed up and your order to be correct. Pictured is the cheese not even melted in the quesadilla that was not suppose to have meat in it, but did.

Went tonight to get food and one the person taking my order was rude as hell, snatching drinks from my hand because he was in such a rush he couldn’t get the order right, then the food was HORRIBLE, when I called the manager Abby was so rude she definitely shouldn’t been an manager that’s for sure she doesn’t know customer service if it was right in her face. They need a whole new night shift.

We got into Rogers, Arkansas late, and most sit places were already closed, and we were tired from the long drive. I stopped by this Taco Bell to get something quick to go. My daughter ordered from the kiosk. The food took forever to come out. When we got to our cabin, we noticed the packaging was sloppy. My Mexican pizza got smashed, and all the topping/cheese became part of the box top. The Gordita Supreme did not taste good. The beef or steak was salty, hardly any filling, just pita bread. Is this how Taco Bell make their Gorditas now, or is it this location??? It used to be one of my favor

Just ordered a lot of food that included 2 Beef Burritos and 2 Chicken Cheesy Rollups for my babies, ages 1 & 2... what the hell am I supposed to do with 2 tortillas with shredded cheese?! I could’ve done that a home at less than half the cost!!!! When you order & pay for menu food items from a restaurant, you’d expect to receive it or at least notified that there may be a wait for the food items ordered!!! I enjoy Taco Bell but I really detest poor and sloppy service!
