This is my third time here the first two visits were great , everything went well and the food was fresh and had received everything in the orders mind you we had ordered inside the restaurant and sit in. However the third visit wasn’t pleasant the service was rushed and this order was through the drive-through they had shortened the onion rings the tray was melted and the onion rings had melted to the tray as shown in picture.

The food was terrible. We ordered Cajun fries and as you can see there is so much seasoning on them they are not even edible. The corn dog was burnt. Also ordered 2 cheese bites we got those and they only had maybe 4 bites in them a piece. Also ordered chicken nuggets and did not receive them so we are going to bed hungry tonight. Thanks cookout 😡

Never has this happened to me, but when we got food for all 5 kids and all adults and finally left..we're eating and riding along and I ACTUALLY noticed that my cheese curds and fries tasted more fresh than any place I've been in years. I genuinely could tell that the oil was fresh on the fried items and it made the food taste so much cleaner even though it was fried. Lol BBQ sandwich actually being grilled was a surprise to me. Just thought it would be a regular Ole piece of chicken like every other place. Like this place alot more than I ever thought for just fast bar type food. I still can'

It was my first time there food is amazing my only complaint is for the milk shakes didnt seem like milk shakes it was more like ice cream in a cup you cant drink it out of the straw that well but the milkshake/ice cream tasted perfectly amazing i would just suggest serving it with a spoon instead of with a straw that's basically an unusable straw and a waste of straws in my opinion not unless you get thick straws specifically for thick milkshakes its great that they have spoons to get it if you need it but I think things would run more smoothly if they were just served with the spoons and you
