This sonic has really bad customer service, number one the order took forever to come out even though they wasn't busy and it was on a Sunday. Also, they never provided a receipt and they should always provide a receipt. A simple kids burger was over cooked and no TOY was provided and if you have kids you know thats what they look forward to and how disappointing it was.Then after not providing ketchup in the bag I asked for some and he never brought it out. The cutest little Sonic Ive ever been to! Theres only like 4 or 5 parking stalls. They nailed out food order and it was all FRESH! Thank you and keep up the good job!

Horrible service, gross food, dont waste your money. I ordered in the drive in and it took forever to get my kids food. Then finally it comes, there is no ketchup, and it looks like all the shakes are plain. i buzz again cause there was barley any toppings on their shake that it looked plain the lady claimed there was toppings i checked again and barley was there 2 m&ms. The kids meal did not include a toy. Spent 50$ and no one was satisfied with their dry burgers and well done fries. Never again

Doesn't seem like they want customers. Sat outside at the ordering booths for 15 minutes with no service, finally gave up and went to the drive through line and got ignored for another 10+ minutes at the drive through line. Would give 0 stars if possible considering they did not provide us with any service. Will not be going again.
