This little hidden gem exceeded my expectations. It was beautiful in the restaurant, clean, bathrooms were clean. The food was the best pho around. I eat pho often, the broth here was flavorful I usually add sauces to doctor of the flavor in the pho but I actually skipped out on the sauce inside the pho so that I could enjoy the broth. Waitress was nice. I’m happy I came here and will continue to come. Great experience.

Don’t let the name fool you. Country Pho is authentic and has my favorite pho in Rosenberg. Owned and operated by a wonderful and friendly Vietnamese family that takes pride in what they serve. Do start with an order of the fresh shrimp spring rolls. The name of the restaurant really is fitting once you taste their rich beef broth for pho and even the light pork bone broth for their egg noodle soups. You’ll feel like you are being welcomed into their home with this homestyle cooking. That is the beauty of southern hospitality.
