This DD is generally par for the course, the staff is friendly and the service is good. But there are no tables and chairs, and no restroom for customers. There's also no sugar near the napkins, so you have to order yoir coffee with sugar, and then it's too sweet 🙄 😕

My reviews are based solely on mobility impairment handic accessibility and this particular shop is difficult because it does not have double doors, and there's no ramp that is anything like it should be and it was blocked by ice. This is surprising and the crosswalk is often blocked+ by police officers, fire trucks etc at that!!! I hope this location improve its services for people that are handicapped because so many of our veterans are struggling with mobility impairment and I feel strongly about them.after all this sacrifice the last thing they need is not to be able to get into their coff

I got a small cold brew with oat milk. SOOO GOOD. You can taste the freshness!!! I placed a mobile order and service was speedy. I will definitely be coming to this location more often!!! :)

This Dunkin has no bathrooms or tables, it always seems understaffed, and the hash browns usually come out soggy. That being said, it is always there for me when I need a coffee before work and for that I am grateful. Some of the workers are really nice too
