Eggs bites all day! Space upstairs but no elevator. This place has a weird layout with the stairs taking up so much of the air space. All the usual things in a coffee shop in terms of coffee and food. Plus breakfast all day.

Stopped by Compass Coffee in Rosslyn and had the best cortado I’ve had in Washington, D.C. Mia was absolutely fantastic, friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about great coffee. The cortado was perfectly balanced and exquisitely made. Outstanding service and an exceptional coffee experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Avoid this place! Passive-aggressive service and zero responsibility. I’m not supporting a business that doesn’t care about its customers or makes them feel guilty! I ordered a matcha latte from their menu, which said nothing about sugar or any other additives in the drink. However, their matcha latte already contains sugar and vanilla syrup — neither of which I ever add to my drinks. Customers should be informed about any additives used. I tried it and immediately noticed that my drink contained sugar. I went to the lady who made it and asked if there were any additives. She said yes — vani

I usually enjoy Compass Coffee, but my recent visit to the Rosslyn location was really disappointing. I placed a simple coffee order and was told it needed to be brewed, which was fine - I waited patiently. But the barista kept taking new orders instead of starting mine. After about 10 minutes, when I politely checked in because I had to get back to the office, I was told the coffee hadn’t even been brewed yet. I ended up canceling and leaving without anything after wasting so much time. I understand they may have been short-staffed, but orders already placed should be prioritized. Unfortunate
