An absolute gem in Roswell! My wife and I had one of the best dinners we’ve had in years at BEY. Our server Henry was friendly, attentive, and made the whole evening feel effortless. The food was exceptional across the board — the octopus, hummus, baba ghanoush, shrimp manti, and kefta meatballs were all outstanding, especially the garlic labneh. Great service, excellent food, fresh and delicious! Chef Marc has done an amazing job of adding a modern twist on traditional Lebanese food. Everything we had was incredible and there are so many more things we want to try. The restaurant and bar are beautiful. Kafta meatballs with sour cherry is a come back dish, we'll be getting it every time. Smoked eggplant and cauliflower are very good. From one Lebanese family to another: this place is the real deal. We came in with the whole family and left extremely happy, extremely full, and already planning what we want to order next time. The grape leaves, hummus, fattoush, and steak were all fantastic. The steak especially was so good. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and made with care. And Julian? THE MAN.
