This is absolutely unacceptable. I had already eaten about 75% of the chicken when I discovered something in the chicken that looked like black, worm-like contaminants. This is extremely disturbing, and I really hope I don’t get sick because of this. After this experience, I don’t feel comfortable buying or recommending this product anymore.

food is good, but something about the new Mobile thru vs drive thru line (see picture.) just rubs me the wrong way. We’re already in a world that loses human connection with phones. as good as the food is, the secret of Chick-fil-A is good people making a human connection. This works against that so I have to give it a one star for service and atmosphere

You always know exactly what you’re getting when you visit Chick-fil-A, and this location never disappoints. The drive-thru line can look incredibly intimidating with cars wrapped around the building, but they have the system down to a science and get you through in minutes. The chicken tenders and nuggets are always hot, crispy, and perfectly cooked, and they never forget to pack plenty of Chick-fil-A sauce. Every employee is incredibly polite, fast, and professional.
