This is the Chinese restaurant you are looking for! I am quite picky picky about Chinese food. I've spent many years in New York City where that food can be amazing. I've been disappointed since leaving there. I believe this is a family owned business. We were greeting promptly by a very friendly and polite young man who did all the serving. You can tell when your food is individually prepared versus being spooned out of a large vat that's been sitting around a while, and this place makes yours fresh just for you. The hot and sour soup is a bit different from others but quite tasty. And spicy. The orange beef is not of this world. And the portion is large. The side of fried rice is also large. The tempora shrimp is also good. The service was great. I drink tea quickly and they did not let me run out.
