Garbage location. Ordered tacos and a burrito and 90% of the chicken was charcoal. Waste of $18, but not the first time. I started going to the nogales location 4 miles further out because of how many times I've had issues with this location. I live 2min away from this location so I stopped today because of the convenience (against better judgment) and was reminded of why I'd rather drive 2 freeway exits away just to get food the way it's supposed to be. Get food here if you don't mind getting your order wrong, your drink full of soda all over the cup, or food not cooked right.

3 strikes and you’re out. Online order double chicken tostada and the chicken was burnt. Lettuce was not fresh. Some were browning already. Almost broke a tooth biting into the chicken. Not going here ever again. You lost a customer who will let his entire work know how horrible the quality was. Sad. What are the store managers doing? A: not their job of course.

I can only blame myself that I keep going back to this location, it’s always a problem and a mess and they’re always out of something, today I was served a squished moth on my tray , made me loose my appetite and I left right away , the manager was nice enough to offer me a free bowl last time they messed up my order last week but it’s ridiculous how many times I’ve had a problem and didn’t even say anything and leave unsatisfied
