I live about 5 minutes away from Scooters. I intentionally drive 8 minutes out of my way to go to the Roy location. Every morning that I go, I am greeted with a smile and treated like a human. One particular employee always takes the time to ask me how I am and how my day is going and then takes my order. The drinks are always spot on, and if they’re not they always make it right. I especially love Scooters cold brew. i came through and got a carmelicous and when i say that was the BEST caramel latte i’ve ever had i mean im going to be craving this drink every. single. day. not only did they read the order back to me at the drive through, they also read it back to me at the window, had my drink out in under 2 minutes and made sure to include me in their debates they had inside. this is my new favorite coffee shop and i WILL be coming back every chance i get!
