These kiosk are a joke!!! What happened to customer service now you're expecting me to order my own food how about reducing your prices? If I have to do the cashier's job definitely will not go into a baker's again just in the Drive-Thru very disappointed in bakers the manager or the staff was very rude when I asked for help because the kiosk was malfunctioning and was difficult to navigate ridiculous have a few cashiers!! Super empty inside because of the kiosk I bet LOL avoided

This the third time I have gotten my double Bakers likes this. Yes that lettuce lol and the second time ive gotten chicken sandwich instead of chicken burrito! Times have change driving further to In n Out from now on! I think it's horrible to pay for something and have to go home open your fringe and fix their burger!!

By far the worst Bakers I've been to. Ever time I go the food is poorly made. Again every time. If its not that I get bad customer service. If you could avoid this baker's , please do and go to the next one. If not this baker's well , for sure , push you away from all bakers like it's done me. I miss the old fries, hamburgers, and burritos. Its just not the same anymore 😕

I ordered 3 shakes and 1 drink... the girl gave me my drinks in the cup holder and said bye. I went home my drink is missing.... so I go back.. not a single word came out of her mouth. Just handed the drink and walked off. Tried calling and phone dont work. Not coming back.
