I've never been here before they closed for remodel/rebranding but I loved how they have it now. Lots of TVs, comfortable booths, they were super busy so service was a little slow but not bad, food was good (I wasn't keen on how watery the tomato soup was). It was a great breakfast/brunch and I feel we'll be back often.

The owner joe is so nice. The staff so friendly. Food and atmosphere a plus. They have sixteen TV's so we were able to watch our favorite team play .

We paid over 60 dollars for our omelettes and hash browns and biscuits and gravy the omelettes were super greasy and I ordered my has browns well done they came out light I ask them to please make them a bit doner and they brought them back a.few minutes later and they were the same as when I sent them I've never written a bad review for a restaurant in my life being a server myself I feel like this restaurant really needs to step it up and then we got the bill 61 dollars and some change that was just icing on the cake. This is probably the most expensive food that I didn't eat in my life

This is a combined IHOP and Applebee's, with a full bar. Staff were very friendly, they use an electronic pad for orders and payment, mil discount so quick service and checkout. I had breakfast my kiddo had dinner, chicken Alfredo. Bill was 32.00 great vibe, great concept. We should see more of these venues. Loved it!
