The food we got was alright but it was cold and we had to ask for things multiple times before getting them or not even getting them at all. It also took very long for everything we asked to come. The service was very minimal and disappointing, the attention given to tables was very weak. Although the other locations were very good and have good service, this Rye location needs to change the way their service works. Overall it was frustrating for what is a good restaurant chain.

My husband and I stopped into Le Pain Quotidien in Rye, NY to start off our New Year, and we truly could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment we sat down, our server Nikko made us feel so welcome and well taken care of. Very rude manager. Need someone who knows how to speak appropriately to customers. She wasn’t at the reception area when we got there so we thought we would sit ourselves she rudely came over and said next time to make sure we waited to be seated and said we had to sit at table for 2 a very small table which I thought was weird because there were many bigger tables available the whole time we were there.
