Arrived at 10:55 for an 11 AM pickup (for a school). Two employees ignored me and locked the front door after I had already been inside for the pickup. I politely informed them what I was there for, I was rudely responded to with "Okay, AND? We open at 11." Well.... maybe dont take orders for when you OPEN? Maybe lock the doors until you want people to enter? Maybe hire people that can communicate with something other than distain? Just a suggestion.

I went to get a hot and ready and 2 breads. After paying worker said 10 minutes ok no problem. Got my food after 10 minutes and it was cold not even warm and not even cut. Very disappointed.

They are open and refuse to make pizza. Say all they have is what is in the hot n ready heater. Didn't want to take an order for one they had to make. So we said two hot n ready then. They ended up having to make one anyway. Crap customer service. Do not go to this one. Pizza was over cooked too and the one looks like it has been sitting for a couple hours.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called this particular location because it’s close to church and I needed to get pizza for the children. I asked the person that answered the phone if she could tell me their specials. She told me in the rudest way, “u have to look online” I was surprised because this question has never been an issue before and besides EVERYONE DOESN’T HAVE ACCESS TO LOOK ONLINE! So I asked her politely if she knew why they were and she told me “nah u gone have to look online. Bad business and poor customer service will always be the root cause of failure. I decided not to
