I don’t typically frequent BK but I came to this one last night at the request of my temporary roommate. The customer service was above and beyond. Everyone was super friendly! That is hard to find these days I feel. The food was hot and fresh, and everything was correct. Thanks for the great experience!

So this particular location I actually had a pleasant experience, which is odd for a fast food chain. The guy that took our order and gave us our food was super nice and friendly, the fries were actually hot and fresh, the burgers tasted fresh not like they microwaved, like some fast food restaurants they’ll pop them in the microwave for a few minutes to get them hot but you can totally tell it’s some establishments when they do that, this was not like that and I was actually shocked. This was the worst experience I ever had with a drive thru person and store manager! The food was absolutely cold. The cup for my pop had a messed up rim and the kids would not stay on. I called to complain to the manager and she hung up on me. It’s a shame the manager cannot even be professional! The pop ended up spilling all over my car even though I asked for a new cup. They were not willing to to correct anything wrong with my order and there were lots! Eat there at your own risk! Terrible people there! Classless and don’t care what they are serving.

Went to the 30718 Harper Ave, St Clair Shores, MI 48082 location and ordered my son a bacon burger w lettuce, onion and pickle only. no cheese, no sauce. Was given a plain cheeseburger, no bacon, pickles, lettuce! Drove back, and they took it back w a bad attitude, no apology and sent out a destroyed messy bacon burger w no pickles and enough lettuce and onion for one bite. Look at the pic,for $7 what a joke! How does this location stay in business?
