This is the last straw!!! I've been struggling not to be mad when I come here, but of the last five visits here they messed up four times.. I could forgive forgetting a bagel or 2 or giving me the wrong sandwich, but not this. This time the sandwich looked like it was carelessly thrown together, but worst of all it had a hair like substance inside the sandwich. Unacceptable .. Maybe I could look past the fact that the whole place looks like a dump and desperately needs renovation, but this too disgusting.. honestly though, the back of this place looks pretty rough. Ordered sausage egg biscuit on app. Got to drive through and they told me no more biscuits. Then came minute later and said no egg. Then tried to give cold brew with chocolate with added cream or milk. Young girl told me that is what cold brew is, which it is NOT. Cold brew is a method of brewing coffee. Has zero to do with milk that is for baby cows, not humans. No other customers at store yet tried to make me drive around while they scrambled to fix their multiple errors. I refused to move and told them it may motivate them to fix it. I would like a refund for this. I would apprec

Had a cold brew yesterday and it tasted like it was brewed with raw sewage water. Nastiest thing I’ve ever ingested. We had gone to the Memorial Day parade and I had my mother go back to see if it may have been the cream being spoiled and she told them there was a problem. She still purchased a new drink instead of them just giving her a replacement. Tasted the same. I would gone back to complain had I not had my twins at the parade. Tastes like lack of cleanliness. It was truly the worst coffee I’ve ever had. And the lack of correction and countable was also concerning.

Only a couple nice people at this location. Only a few people know how to efficiently do their job. At least three times this week my chi tasted like straight latte, yuck! Today again and the egg bites I ordered for $4. Only came with one not two and it looked like a testicle! I had tipped them $5. Before I realized how shty my order came. I expect corporate to reimburse me for my wasted money. $15.00.
