Sad demise of Culvers. I have always gotten a double butter burger deluxe for years, only to find that today, my double has barely enough meat to be a single. Such a shame, it was the last fast food place that was worth spending your money at. TL:DR of update below: they lied to my wife because they didn't want to walk 5 feet to check for a cooler and made my pregnant wife sit outside in her car for 40 minutes in 80+ degree weather. Update: went again, burgers were just as thin as their pickle slices. Then my wife went to get ice cream from Culver's tonight. They made her wait 20 minutes for

Food was served in under 2 minutes fries were fresh. Bacon double cheese was very good. Staff was very friendly. Lady cleaning windows was cheerful and offered a nice greeting. At the counter, Sam had a great attitude and did a good job suggestive selling. I marked the atmosphere down for the excessively sticky mat by the pop dispenser(it was really bad) and the men's room having 2 sinks that wouldn't shut off. Other than that the establishment was very clean. (Lunch on a thursday).

Food was decent. Service pretty lacking, we waited with a crowd in the lobby for a couple minutes before anyone even acknowledged the crowd forming behind the registers. I get that not all employees are allowed or equipped to take orders, however that means too many employees were sent home too early. This was about an hour after dinner rush. Bathrooms were pretty dirty, trash in the sinks. They forgot the dessert item for someone in the party, although they did realize, come up to us and confirm we hadn't gotten our dessert item yet, and she was very prompt at making it. Thank you to her.

We always come to this culvers when we head to the cabin. Everyone is always so kind. Bernadette was super kind helping us clean up and asking if we need anything. Thank you for being so kind to my family. It was nice chatting with you she seems like such a hard worker
