I have always loved this Jimmy Johns until recently. They were always super friendly and easy to order from. They messed up a couple times but made it right. The last time I called, this guys takes my order and is nice and I pay and about to hang up. Just as I'm hanging up this upset manager/owner ( hope not) says very firm and angry " We don't deliver to you!" I explain that yes because I always order. He tells me that I don't know what I'm talking about and was so rude I was speechless, and sooo embarrassed for him. I was thinking oh my goodness this whole adult is acting like a toddler !! I

I arrived at the restaurant to pick up a DoorDash order. The employees, Maddie and Austin asked for the customer’s name, which I provided. They then instructed me to tap “Pickup” and show them the customer’s address. My understanding is that customer address information is private and should not be disclosed to merchants beyond what DoorDash provides through the platform. When I declined to show the customer’s address, the employees refused to release the order. Terrible Management & Service… I requested extra cheese and easy on the meat, but got no cheese. They sent out a replacement and I had the same issue. I finally just sliced my own cheddar at home and added that. The manager was absurd and argued with me stating there was cheese on both of them… I looked and looked for that cheese and I promise it was not there unless it somehow disintegrated into my sandwich. Did not request a third sandwich as I knew it would have spit on it based on how truly unprofessional that manager was.

You have a complaint and get a email like this. Yeah, this will definitely make me come back. Way to take complaints seriously! Jessie we are deeply sorry about somone asking for payment when you clearly wanted to pay cash. How absurd and rude. As for the driver not following clear  instructions and leaving at desk #1 or #3 and picking up cash from the window is just terrible. We hope we can improve on these things to offer a better service to you the customer. We appreciate your feedback and will resolve this for next time.
