The wait area is extremely small and for a restaurant that is in there grand opening you think they would be well staffed. We waited 15 minutes before even being greeted. Once we were sat our table it took several more minutes to put in our drink order. This pace seemed to be the pace of our experience throughout. On a day with 105°f heat index, there was little to no air in the place. If i were the servers i would have been hiding in the walk-in freezer. I just know they were miserable. We used our menus to fan ourselves. After a long day of appointments and due to my health I couldn't go home and cook and I couldn't go anywhere else. Arrived at about 4:15 and was quickly seated and got our initial order fairly quickly, thats where the good service ends. I ordered the all you can eat wings, and finished my first portion fairly quickly, after asking for a reorder on the boneless wings i waited over an hour for the reorder. At about the 45 minute mark, i asked the server to put in another reorder since the first one was taking so long and i know I'm still going to want more, she charged me for a 2nd all you can eat. We arrived at 115PM on Father's Day. I had called ahead, and knew it would be a 30 minute wait for a party of 3, and that was about what it was. Once we were seated, it took 6 minutes to be greeted by the server, and another 9 minutes to get 2 of our drinks. Our third person had to wait another 4 minutes for a milkshake and an additional 6 minutes for a glass of water. When the server brought the milkshake, she took our orders.
