Usually we have good experiences however on the night of June 2nd, I cannot say the same. The workers were extremely snippy and rude. We had tried to go inside, since there were people in there, but the door was locked. A worker walked up to us and instead of nicely explaining that the lobby is closed, she decided to roll her eyes at us and stomp away towards the bathroom. Then we went to the drive through, and had asked if it was possibly to do 5 separate orders (since we can’t use the indoor kiosks) and the worker practically screamed at us saying no and that we can pull around five separate

I stop here for lunch regularly, and want to recognize Kyle specifically; whenever he is working, it is always a noticeably good experience. He pays attention to detail, and puts extra effort into delivering a good experience for the customer. There's not enough praise for people who go above and beyond, so I wanted to recognize Kyle and say thank you!

Workers are rude and disrespectful, the teen girls kept getting my order wrong multiple times and told me to go around the drive thru again so they can get it right and still got the order wrong. Giggling while I was ordering not paying attention to what I had ordered. Food wasn’t fresh it was thrown in the bag with lettuce everywhere, then the young lady proceeded to give me my drink in a very rudely manner. 0/10 don’t recommend going to this Taco Bell Cedar Lake is much better !
