I had a really frustrating experience at this Dunkin’ drive-thru today. We repeated our order multiple times because the employee taking it was having trouble understanding us, and we made sure to say everything clearly. Despite that, both drinks were made wrong. One drink had the wrong milk even though we repeated it several times, and another customization we paid for wasn’t added at all. What made the experience even worse was that my card was accidentally charged twice.
