Came for breakfast with my mom and aunt prior to finishing last minute Christmas shopping. They were busy as it was Christmas Eve and a lot of people were out and about, we put our name on the waitlist and were told we would have a 15 minute wait. We waited a little less than 15 minutes before being seated. Our server came over immediately and grabbed our drink order. I ordered a purple haze, which is always delicious. I had a fantastic experience at First Watch, as I was seated immediately with no wait. Our server, Carter, was very quick and friendly, and all the staff here seem genuinely welcoming. This cafe is one of my favorites, especially for breakfast. I ordered the salmon and veggie fritta along with a side of bacon and their delicious roasted potatoes, complemented by a small glass of cranberry juice. It was exceptional, as always! I highly recommend the salmon fritta, it's simply the best. If you're looking for a top-notch breakfast spot, First Watch is a must-try!
