We come and visit this restaurant at least once a year when we are there for our JW convention and this place never disappoint in service. The food is delicious and very well presented even if you're just getting a pizza. My wife got the salmon dish and I ordered the pepperoni pizza with a berry margarita and it was perfect.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! Recently moved to the Salem area from Portland and finding good quality food has been rough. However, we had a great meal and experience at Amadeus. We didn't have reservation on a Wednesday and it was apparently a busy night in downtown Salem due to a concert around the corner. They said they wouldn't have a table for about 2 hours but the bar was open. We opted to sit at the bar and was not disappointed. The bartender was excellent! We had great service, wonderful meal and enjoyed some of the NBA Finals. Dyllan was our servicer/bartender and he was beyond awesome.

I always love coming here! The food is very consistent, i decided to try new things today and got the tomato sandwich. I love the hummus/ vegetable dip that comes with it. 10/10 would recommend, and im coming back tomorrow.

So I’ve been coming to Salem for years and for reason I’ve never been to this restaurant. That being said this was the best meal I have had In a very long time and I travel all over 3x a month to the western 13 states for work. Our server Brett was so awesome and attentive and absolutely perfect. I had the mushroom ravioli and a fillet of salmon with the chimichurri sauce and we started with elite flatbread and the gnocchi. Both were incredible. I’m running out of words to describe how good this meal was. And we came here to celebrate the end of a long project at the hospital and the 4 ye
