I came through the drive thru today at approximately 11AM today. I purchased a medium grilled wrap combo which came to $12.40. I paid with a $20 bill along with 40 cents in coins. I expected to get $8 even back but instead the girl (Caucasian, long dark hair, lashes, brown eyes) gave me $7.60 back along with someone else's receipt. When I told her what I gave her and what I expected back, she took the change back to the register and came back to say that it was the correct change. I have eaten chic fil hundreds of times all over the east coast and I never in my life had a chic fil a this bad. This is my second time at this location and they serve nickel sized nuggets that are hardly fried, they got the sauces wrong and the fries taste so bland like not a lick of flavor which is just no salt! Like man how do you mess up chic fil a this bad! It’s always good! They lucky my wife picked it up because I would have immediately returned this crap.

This is the best Chick-fil-A I've been to hands down. The food was the usual stuff but I could tell it had not been sitting for a long time waiting for someone to buy it, but thats not what made the experience great, it was the service. The manager was in the dinning area creating customers, refilling drinks, and making sure we has whatever we wanted to make it the best experience possible. Other restaurants could take notes and learn some stuff, this wasn't just good service, it was good old fashioned hospitality. We ordered 2 large meals. When we received our food it was fresh but at this location I didn't like the size that we paid for. The package size looked like a regular size compared to the franchise in SC. Specifically the fries. Regular size container with a few large fries on top of a bunch of crumbs in the bottom of the container. Wow!!! Really? Before I could get back on the interstate home, those bits and pieces were eaten. I wasn't going back. We were ready to get home.
