So I've given this place multiple tries. Today was the final attempt to use this business. Not going again. $12 for two hot coffees that I am reasonably certain were not coffees. They just tasted like foam/milk and weak flavoring. I was asked to pull forward and they would bring them out, after the 4th person got their drink out the window after me, I got out thinking maybe word didn't get around I was pulled up. I will never get anything from this location ever again. Got a large coffee with a sausage egg & cheese croissant. It was awful.. The coffee wasn’t hot so I ask them if I could get me some fresh coffee.. They took the cup of coffee I had back which I thought they wasn’t suppose to do.. I figured they would give me a new cup of fresh coffee. I was given what I thought was a fresh cup but it was the same cup I was given the 1st time & the coffee still wasn’t hot.. Employees cant read and need to be fired. Got both my sandwiches wrong. I ordered everything bagel bites and got plain. Wouldn't let me redeem my rewards. Got 2 $6 meal deals and forgot 1 of my hash browns. Then wouldn't talk to me when I was trying to talk to them. They messed up my whole order besides the coffee. Extremely highly dissatisfied. All the people working Tuesday Nov 4th 2025 around 6pm needs to be replaced. Worst service I have ever had. Go to any place but here.

I went went through the drive through, pull up to the window. She just tells me the total and looks at me. I say good morning, she ignores me. She hands me, my card back and I wait for my food when I get my food I was saying thank you and she closed the window in my face. When I got to work, I had a half burnt bagel and the middle was soggy like it had been dipped in water. And now i'm at work and can't go back.I wouldn't go back to this location if you paid for me to.
