The staff at this location is stellar! DoorDash driver stole my order today that was for our whole imaging department (over $100!). Called and spoke with a staff member who told me they couldn’t help me. Called DoorDash who said it was Jersey Mikes problem. Then called the manager on duty, Andrea. She had already called my husband (whose acct I had used to order) and was actively trying to make the situation right. She apologized to me when it wasn’t her fault and not only remade the sandwiches, she delivered them herself! She delivered them straight to me and wouldn’t hand off to anyone else

I want to thank Jersey Mike for fixing the most amazing sub today. I am always impressed by the quality of ingredients and freshness. I hope that they continue to please the people with their prompt yet kind service. I had the chance to enjoy the club supreme with roast beef, turkey, swiss, applewood smoked bacon, pepperoni, banana peppers, hot chopped pepper relish, extra lettuce, tomatoes. oregano, and onions. With olive oil and red wine vinegar, and with dill pickles on the side. This is only one of my favorites and I hope it will become someone else. Continue to keep up the amazing work. A

Only gave stars for the food. Me and my sister ordered our food from the parking lot at 620 it was supposed to be ready by 639. While we waited the store was empty so not like it was busy. Go in at 639 and when asked my name they just then start making my subs (two cheesesteaks) I finally get my bag at 650. I asked for my sister’s food and they lost her ticket so I had to wait another 15-20 mins on her two cheesesteaks. I get things happen and I’m very patient but the communication was horrible. Not one time did they apologize or talk to me at all. They didn’t even tell me they lost her ticket

I’ve been eating here for over 25 years. Used to consider it a treat! This one has really gone to hell. I guess I’d say just don’t order online…I got this Philly home and it looks like they used “drag meat” as my dad would say.(just drug a little meat over the bread to give it some meat flavor) I’ve always been happy to pay double Subway prices here because the sandwich is twice as good…not anymore. Subway would make a better sub. Also last time I ordered delivery from here I ordered a club (mayo, bacon, turkey, ham, onions) without lettuce or tomato..,what did I get? A bread, turkey and tomat
