Food is amazing but when I ask the Dr Pepper, they give me Diet Coke and when I ask for honey, they don’t give it to me this has happened multiple times like literally. I went there today when they was about to hand me my order they ask for any sauces and I said, honey and I thought that they would give it to me so I didn’t check the bag because they literally just asked me what I want and I gave them an answer when I got home and started eating my food. There was no honey.

This location has excellent customer service, clean dining area and clean bathrooms. We stopped by to dine on our way to Charlotte. Was greeted immediately when we walked in. We couldn't decide what we wanted to eat. To be honest we were trying calculate the best deal. We let the cashier know and she was patient told us a few options. She was really nice. Ms. Phyllis was knowledgeable and said she understood. Give this lady a customer service bonus!! We'll stop by again when we're im the area!

How in the world you sell expired biscuit? Hard like a stone. Just wow. I gave my 5 yo their mac n cheese omg how do I know if it’s not expired? This is very low of them. If you don’t like your job go where you d like it geez

Talk about a surprise! Normally KFCs can be slow... But my experience today was GREAT! (Other reviews talk about the BAD teenage staff on weekends, but I'm reviewing the polite adult ladies who were running things for a Thursday lunch.) I ordered and planned on going to the restroom before my food was ready, but the cashier handed me my cup and I had barely filled my drink when my order came up! The chicken was fresh, crispy, and juicy. Flavor-wise, it's well seasoned and properly salted, plus it's fall-off-the-bone tender. The sides were generous and flavorful. Potatoes and gravy did benefit
