Food: This is some of the best coffee I’ve had. The experience was really cool because you get to watch him make the coffee using the siphon method. He explained the history and how it works, as well as why it’s widely recognized as the best way to make specialty coffee and actually get a clean cup and taste all the notes. It takes about 30-45 mins from when he serves you the coffee to when you finish it. Part of the experience is to see how the flavor notes change as the coffee decreases in temperature – something I’ve never thought of but can definitely attest to its truthfulness. Service:

If you enjoy coffee, this is a must visit in SLC. I drop by every time I am in SLC and John never disappoints. Best espresso I ever have every time.
