Bread with olive oil and parmesan was actually amazing—no notes there, that was a standout. The steak itself was cooked to the right temperature and had good doneness, so props on that. My only real takeaway is the crust vs grill mark situation. I personally prefer a full edge-to-edge sear because it builds a deeper flavor throughout the bite. Alright so this was my first time eating here and it did not disappoint at all!! I got the cheddar burger with the jalapenos and avocados as an add on and man oh man was this so good. The burger had a really good flavor and the fries had pretty good seasoning the waiter was super nice and the place is really cool inside and they have like an open kitchen layout which is pretty cool. I was not able to eat my entire plate cause the food was very fulfilling but definitely worth it. I will definitely come back again for another great burger!!!🍔
