I consider this the best Peking duck I have tried so far in the Bay Area (in every aspect, including the taste, the texture, the cutting, the presentation, the wrappers and the variety of condiments). Their sweet lotus cold plate is a good starter, and the crispy fried shrimp is also wonderful. I strongly suggest to cook the rest of the duck in soap (as compare to stir fry it with chills). The deep fried rice cake is a good one to wrap up the night too. A few great dishes they used to offer has disappeared from the menu after the remodeling and I am not the fan of their new hotpot or Sichuan

Excellent traditional Chinese cuisine in a family friendly setting. After finding a parking space across the street, we quickly placed the order and were enjoying the hot tea. By the time we leave, the room was filled up (of local families). All dishes were well prepared and tasted delicious. We will try the Peking duck in our next trip.

Call ahead to order a duck if you plan on visiting. Their large is just $10 more than the "small" duck and it has a small plate of extra meat so might as well get the larger one. The skin is super crispy and the duck meat is so tender. It goes well with the thin wraps and they even use the bones to cook a second item of your choice ( duck soup with vermicelli or a cumin dish). The crispy shrimp is sweet and tangy, fried so perfect that you can eat the shell as well.

I called for reservation and I just want to try if I can make reservation for Lunar New year because I know it will be very busy for the restaurant or worst they are close. But they are open and we were able to reserved. They also asked me if we want the roasted duck which this restaurant is famous. The place is in San Bruno and it is easy to locate. The ordering system is very efficient. You just need to use the qr code use your phone to make an order. The food serving is very fast and we do not need to wait long.
