The place was pretty full when we arrived, but we were seated right away. The worker reminded us that parking is not free and to make sure we pay — which is a great reminder because it’s easy to assume it might be complimentary and grt a surprise parking ticket. Parking in this area is paid 7 days a week unless it’s a holiday. Pro tip: it’s cheaper to park behind the restaurant than on the street. Ordering is done through a QR code at the table. We had such an amazing experience at Pho de Nguyen! Super kid-friendly and family-friendly, with a cozy, homey atmosphere and amazing service. Cat was incredible, she explained how to order, gave perfect food recommendations, and even shared great tips on places to check out around San Francisco while we’re on vacation. The food was pretty good and I appreciated the choice of noodles that they had. Note that they only have one size (large) but they can split that into two for $3 extra. My biggest gripe is that you have to use the QR code to order, but the cell service can be very weak inside the restaurant, and they don’t have WiFi. Because of this, during my visit, multiple parties (including myself) had issues ordering and there were no paper/printed menus. In addition, when it came time to pay, you had to pay in person instead of the website that you ordered in, so it felt like an additional extra step. F
