Ruby’s is a chain restaurant, and even though I haven’t tried other locations, I really enjoy the burgers here—they’re unique and delicious. If you’re not a fan of fries, you can switch to another side. The service is friendly, and the staff checks in from time to time. The location is great too, right inside the outlet, so there’s always a steady flow of customers.
Danny Gonzalez★Came in on a Saturday morning after Cars and Coffee. Restaurant had a few open booths and some tables. We were seated in the back corner away from the main restaurant. We’re Latin, and most of the customers were white, so it felt like they were seating us in a different area due to our race. I asked to get moved to a booth so we could fit better and they did. Ordered an order of beignets and they were not cooked. You can see details in the picture. My wife and son ordered cinnamon French toast, and they were dry. Bella Nelson★★I do not recommend this Ruby’s location. I’ve loved Ruby’s since I was a little kid and always used to go with my family. Yesterday I went to the San Clemente outlet location with my mom and everything was fine. I noticed the fries tasted weird and I had to spit them out. I’m pretty sure they were molded. They tasted like literal chemicals and like I had just put soap or something in my mouth. So they had given me molded sweet potatoes. The sweet potato fries are also $1 extra so you think they would at least be fresh?? Unfortunately no. Our waitress didn’t care that much and wanted to give us
